And I have a few favorite recipes that I need to save somewhere, and what's easier than to just save them on a page.

Chocolate chip muffins (modified)

Ingredients:
- 300 g flour
- 3 tsp backing powder
- 170 g brown sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 250 g whipping cream
- 150 g chocolate chips (or 100 g chocolate chips and 50 g nuts)

Prepare a muffin tray with 12 liners (usually it makes more than 12 muffins, just pour the rest of the batter in a smaller form).
Mix together the flour and baking powder.
Mix in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and the salt.
Add the eggs, oil, and whipped cream.
Fold under the chocolate chips or chunks.
Pour the batter into the lined muffin tray (the leftover batter can be poured into a small, greased cake tin) and put in the oven for 25 minutes at 160 C.
Let cool and decorate.

Chocolate cookies (modified)
Ingredients:
- 220 g flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 100 g sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 160 g cold butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a bowl and mix.
Add the cold butter in small chunks, then add the egg.
Knead dough until everything is combined, make two balls of dough and refrigerate them for at least 1 hour.
Add chocolate chips or other filling if wanted, not necessary tho.
Roll out dough, using cookie cutters, make apr. 25 cookies and lay on tray.
Bake at 175 C for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool before eating.

Chocolate muffins
Ingredients:
- 125 g soft butter
- 150 g sugar
- 40 g vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g dark chocolate chips (or 100 g chocolate chips and 100 g nuts, whatever you want, go nuts)
- 200 g flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 175 ml milk

Add butter, sugar, and vanilla suagr to a bowl and mix, and pre-heat oven to 160 C.
In another bowl, mix flour, coca powder, salt, and baking powder together.
Add flour mixture, along with the milk, to the butter mix.
Add 2/3 of the chocolate chips (and nuts) to the batter.
Using an ice-cream scoop, fill the lined muffin tray with one scoop in each muffin mold.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the muffins.
Bake for apr. 25 mins.
